About

The non-profit Langley Lions Housing Society has provided affordable housing to seniors and persons with disabilities for over 50 years. Our main campus of buildings is located on 203rd Street, directly behind the Langley Mall, with another separate building on Eastleigh Crescent.

Our mission

We operate six buildings housing seniors and persons with disabilities on the LLHS campus. We have 547 studio and 1-bedroom units at the Cedar, Dogwood, Elm and Fir buildings. Evergreen Timbers offers 58 assisted living units. The Centennial Manor has 36 rental units, ten of which are family units.

We are opening a new building in 2026, the Maple, with funding from the Province of BC’s Community Housing Fund. The Maple provides 101 housing units, including 71 affordable homes. Half of the units are for rents geared to income and 20 per cent are for deep subsidy rents, There are 30 units for moderate incomes (under $84,780/year) with rents starting at $1550 per month. Through partnership with Fraser Health Authority and BC Housing, LLHS has submitted an application to the Province for 30 funded assisted living units in the Maple.

We are the largest provider of low-cost housing for seniors and persons with disabilities in Langley, and one of the largest housing providers in the province.
