The Maple is a new seniors rental building by Langley Lions Housing Society, offering affordable, independent living for adults 55+. Designed for comfort, safety and peace of mind, The Maple is a place to settle in, feel at home and stay connected to the Langley community.
A comfortable place to call home
The Maple offers thoughtfully designed apartment rentals created with seniors in mind. Each one-bedroom unit (ranging from 554 to 629 sqft) has a separate bedroom, accessible washroom, storage closets and a full kitchen. These modern, well-maintained apartments in a brand new building are located right behind the Langley Mall. The Maple is a welcoming building where independence is respected and neighbours look out for one another.

The Maple offers apartments for a variety of income levels.
For moderate-income one bedroom units (maximum annual income $84,780, rents starting from $1550/month), download the application form and submit to us at admin@llhs.ca or contact us.
For deep subsidy units (maximum annual income $24,066) or rent-geared-to-income unites (maximum annual income $58,000), apply through the BC Housing Registry. Please note SAFER is not available for this building.
