The Maple is a new seniors rental building by Langley Lions Housing Society, offering affordable, independent living for adults 55+. Designed for comfort, safety and peace of mind, The Maple is a place to settle in, feel at home and stay connected to the Langley community.

For moderate income housing units in the Maple (maximum annual income $84,780), download the application form and submit to us at admin@llhs.ca.
For deep subsidy units (maximum annual income $24,066) or rent-geared-to-income unites (maximum annual income $58,000), apply through the BC Housing Registry. Please note SAFER is not available for this building.

The Maple will be welcoming new residents soon and is now accepting applications for affordable housing for seniors on moderate incomes. Rents starting from $1550/month.
