Langley Lions Housing Society operates seven affordable housing buildings across the Langley community. Our main campus of buildings is located directly behind the Langley Mall.
Opening Spring 2026: The Maple
Opening in early 2026 with funding from BC Housing.

- 30 assisted living units
- 20% of units dedicated to low-income tenants
- 50% to affordable household incomes
- 30% to moderate-income tenants
Evergreen Timbers
58 assisted living units with the ILBC Program partnered with BC Housing and Fraser Health
Evergreen Timbers Assisted Living opened its doors in 2007 and provides quality care for tenants.
The private one-bedroom apartments offer a unique blend of features providing tenants with a comfortable living environment that removes some of the responsibilities of home ownership.
Our beautiful center courtyard offers a gathering place or quiet retreat.
How to apply
For assisted living, apply for an assessment from your local home health office. For deep subsidy units (maximum annual income $24,066) or rent-geared-to-income unites (maximum annual income $58,000), apply through the BC Housing Registry.
For rental units in our buildings, including the Maple’s moderate-income units, apply directly to LLHS. Download the application form and submit to us at admin@llhs.ca. For applicants under 55, please also have your physician fill in this form and submit with your application.
